The one productivity tool that I really love is Anagram. With it I can highlight someone’s sig file and then hit CRTL-C twice. It automatically parses the text into an Outlook contact. This makes my life a lot easier.

I can grab information the same way from PDFs, from Spreadsheets, from web sites, it is really great for building mail merge lists.
